

I want to praise this movie because it has a “Sonic Says” segment in which Sonic warns sprites not to get trapped in other games (spoiler alert: Sonic says that getting trapped in someone else’s arcade console is NO GOOD).

The cast is terrific and parts of the film are really funny if you’re a gamer (I stopped playing games in ’95, so I’m sure I missed many in-jokes). Wreck-It Ralph is one of those films you want to like only because they’re clever. If they fail, Fix-It Felix, Jr will be unplugged, leaving all of its characters homeless.
